About Us

I'm so glad you're here! I'm Taylor and here is just a little bit about me. I was born and raised in a small town of northern Illinois. I work full-time in sports medicine and you can likely find me out on a hike, trying to learn photography, or trip planning when I'm not at work. Traveling is a huge passion of mine. I've visited 27 U.S. states, 4 different countries, and 11 National Parks.

After adopting my first dog Moose, I dreamed of traveling around the Midwest & beyond with him as he shared my passion for adventure. Along came Duke and Ivy and the dream continued. One random day, I created an Instagram account to document and share our journey in hopes maybe others would follow along for inspiration to their own dog-friendly adventure. I especially love sharing my local tips to Starved Rock State Park - Illinois' most popular state park.
